Chef Keith Famie, who once owned Metro Detroit restaurants Les Auteurs and the take-out chain, Famie's Chicken, has produced a documentary on the history of Detroit chefs and the culinary scene, the Detroit Free Press reports.
Titled "Detroit: The City of Chefs," the film premieres Monday at the Emagine Theatre in Novi, 44425 West 12 Mile Road. General admission tickets are $20.
The film airs Thursday at 9 p.m. on Detroit PBS.
