Little Daddy's Family Restaurant on Woodward Avenue in Bloomfield Hills has closed for good.

In a posting on Facebook on Monday, the restaurant wrote:

“After 25 unforgettable years, the time has come for us to say goodbye.”

“It has been our greatest honor to serve this community — to celebrate your milestones, share your everyday moments, and welcome you through our doors like family.”

“We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to every customer, staff member, and friend who made these years so special. You are the reason we lasted this long, and we will carry these memories with us always.”

On its website, Little Daddy's said:

Little Daddy’s opened its first location in Southfield, Michigan in 1997. The primary fare was Coney Islands, Gyros, Sandwiches, and Tommy Salads. A second location was opened in Taylor, Michigan in 1998. A third location was opened in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan in 2000. Due to the popularity of the restaurants, expanding customer base, and requests by local patrons, it was apparent that a broader menu was needed. Our menu now boasts more than 200 items in a variety of categories!
