As far as New York-style pizza goes, Supino Pizzeria—located in Eastern Market and on Woodward Avenue in Detroit's New Center area—makes some of the best pies around.

Now, Supino fans will be thrilled to hear that the pizza joint, owned by Dave Mancini, is opening a third location at the Market Fresh shopping plaza at Southfield and 13 Mile roads, the Detroit News reports. The restaurant will have about 80 seats and a full bar.

"We can do a beer-and-a-slice kind of thing, but we can also do special occasions," said Mancini, according to The News. "We're thinking about having a slightly elevated menu. We're still going to have pizza, but maybe more fish and proteins."

The website notes:

"We use local and organic products whenever possible, some of our purveyors include: Coriander Farm, Fisheye Farm, Keep Growing Detroit, Rising Pheasant, and Garden Fort. The meat for our meatballs, house sausage, and pork are from Cherry Capital Foods who source solely from Michigan based farms using pasture raised methods."
