Detroit-based Shinola is opening a second hotel, this time in Indianapolis, Crain's Detroit Business reports. The first is on Woodward in downtown Detroit.
The 170-room hotel is proposed as part of a new $300 million development in downtown Indianapolis. It is being backed by the owner of the Indiana Pacers basketball team, Crain's reports.
The hotel would be run by Sage Hospitality, the same operator of Shinola Hotel Detroit, which opened in 2019.
